The location of the hotel was central, close to Chicago suburbs, Woodfield Mall and surrounding stores and many attractions including airport. Furthermore, close to good restaurants. The rooms were spotless with perhaps a view of trees or scenery for the benefit of my pets, the staff were very very helpful and attentive.

Everything was nice, excellent staff made our stay pleasant. The hotel had favourable location close enough to many attractions including airport, good restaurants and the mall, and Woodfield Mall. Btw, went to the lake in the evening, it was 200 ft from the venue. The breakfast was fresh, the check in was fast. The facilities were great and easy to use.

The location was favourable and excellent, for example, Woodfield Mall was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast with excellent bacon. The staff were very well mannered and attentive all the time.

I've tried almost every pet-friendly hotel in the area, but Mainstay Suites stands out as the best value in the Northwest suburbs. Unlike other hotels, their pet fees are reasonable and they provide daily room cleaning. The hot buffet breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of options that change daily. They even offer a hot buffet dinner during the week, creating a welcoming environment for guests to interact with each other and the staff. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby metra stations and attractions like Woodfield Mall. Plus, the hotel offers free delivery from DoorDash. I would definitely stay here again.
